Job summary

Domino’s RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders with a friendly, professional approach and representing the Domino’s brand to create a welcoming experience.

This non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training through RPM Pizza College, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) program for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication and basic math abilities.
• Willingness to participate in required training programs.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
