Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet customers, take orders, and ensure a welcoming experience at the 8403 N. Michigan Rd. store. You will uphold Domino’s brand standards, assist with daily operations, and support a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication, basic math skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Training and growth opportunities are available within RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older and able to work legally.
• Willingness to participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
