Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial customer contact and liaison among customer, sales and operations.
• Maintain relationships, process orders, and monitor delivery requirements.
• Support quotes, pricing, and item specifications.
• Create reports and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and lead on broader projects as assigned.
