Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent is required.
• 6-12 months of customer service, call center and/or related area experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors for samples.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when dealing with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail daily.
