Job summary

Generac is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to uphold our "Customer First" promise. You will handle inquiries across email, phone, text, and chat while collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

Work hours are 6:00am to 3:00pm, with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in customer service, and strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and documents all customer interactions in real time.
• Responds to inquiries via email, phone, text or chat.
• Maintains contact center metrics including customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Escalates complex issues to specialized teams as needed.
• Keeps Outlook inbox, calendar, and tasks organized.
