Job summary

Porex, a business unit of Filtration Group, is hiring for a Customer Service/Account Manager role in Fairburn, GA. You will be the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, manage orders, and advocate for customer needs across internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in manufacturing or technical customer service, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM tools. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in customer service or account management in manufacturing/technical environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and written skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for assigned customer accounts and handle inquiries.
• Process orders via phone, email, or EDI and monitor status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Marketing to share insights.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP; update forecasts in BI.
