Porex Corporation, a Filtration Group company, seeks an Information Systems Business Partner in Richmond, VA. You will drive improvements across ERP, MES, WMS, and scheduling systems while partnering with manufacturing, quality, and finance leaders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in global manufacturing IS/IT, ERP project leadership (Infor or Fourth Shift preferred), and strong training capabilities to enable cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Business Administration.
• 5 years working within a global manufacturing organization in an IS/IT function.
• 5 years ERP based project management experience (Infor or Fourth Shift preferred).
• Experience delivering training to diverse business users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Partner to improve operational processes related to ERP/MES and scheduling systems.
• Guide functional managers on best practices to boost productivity and achieve business goals.
• Interact with business leaders to improve core practices as part of IS team.
• Vendor management: liaise between internal users and external support partners.
