We’re seeking a Customer Success professional who will drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization across the customer lifecycle, working with school districts and districts partners to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, account management, or implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Desire to drive impact in education through technology.
