Job summary

Halron Lubricants, a long-established lubricant distributor, seeks a Customer Experience Representative for its Green Bay location. You will handle calls, create orders, assist walk-ins, and drive customer satisfaction across our Midwest service area.

You will coordinate with sales, purchasing, and marketing while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring first-call resolution. Training and tools will be provided in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from various customer types.
• Create customer sales orders via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases; upsell when appropriate.
• Resolve conflicts and provide updates by end of business day.
• Process RFQs with Sales and Purchasing; inform customers.
• Gather complete information from prospects and relay to Inside Sales.
• Prepare packing slips and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Manage phone system and voicemail; coordinate IT issue resolutions.
• Support Sales Reps and Marketing as needed.
• Prepare walk-in prospective packet kits for availability.
• Arrange 3rd party shipments as required.
• Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
