Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout installation journey.
• Manage daily progress of installation projects from scheduling to completion.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, installation teams and internal partners.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests with empathy and urgency; coordinate change orders.
• Communicate installation timelines, project updates, next steps, and changes clearly.
• Identify potential service concerns early and coordinate solutions for a smooth installation.
• Collect payments for contracted services and guide customers through payment processes.
