Refloor is hiring a flooring sales consultant to visit homeowners in their homes and guide them to the perfect flooring solutions. You will deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish and close sales using warm, company-provided leads with no cold calls.

Join a hands-on training program with paid weeks; you can start earning commission by Week 3. Top performers reach $120K+ annually, with bonuses and rewards in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Your Role
