No flooring experience is required because we provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a proven sales system. Expect an appointment-based schedule with evenings and Saturdays, plus commission and performance bonuses.

Your Role

• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish

Training and Support

• First 2 weeks fully paid so you can focus on learning
• Start earning commission as early as Week 3
