Job summary

Walgreens Grandville store is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and deliver a friendly checkout experience. You will also help with stock, promotions, and upkeep to maintain a well-merchandised environment.

Responsibilities include registering purchases, processing returns, assisting with web-pickup orders, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding asset protection and policies. Prior retail experience and English fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience with Walgreens is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Greet customers and help with products and services.
• Register purchases on the cash register and handle payments and returns.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.
• Assist with store displays, promotions, and stock rotation.
• Support web pickup and photo services as needed.
