Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory.
• Recommends items, processes returns, voids, rain checks, and exchanges as needed.
• Supports photo area services and web pick-up; assists with displays and stock rotation.
• Adheres to company asset protection procedures and store policies.
