Job summary

Domino's in St. Louis (via MBR Management) is hiring a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience at our 3108 S Kingshighway location.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person; resolve issues with empathy; process orders and refunds; stay informed about products and policies; and work with team members to keep service smooth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and patience with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
