Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Associate to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. You will contribute to a positive customer experience and help maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor.

The role focuses on customer service, store operations, and programs that develop participants, while upholding safety and a clean environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are limited to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale to customers.
• Stock and maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor; keep the store clean and safe.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and promote Goodwill-Easter Seals mission and values.
• Follow store policies and procedures and support daily store operations.
