Domino's (MBR Management franchise) in St. Louis is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for our 3930 Lindell Blvd location.

This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting and values teamwork and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage scheduling and inventory, ensure policy compliance and safety, and collaborate with the General Manager on strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Familiarity with St. Louis area and local customer preferences is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry advantageous.
