Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers and assist with products and services, delivering a distinctive and delightful shopping experience.

You will operate registers, handle payments, returns, and exchanges, and keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised while stocking items and assisting customers with photo services and web pick-ups. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and process payments, returns, exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and follow company policies.
