Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Greet customers, engage with them, and offer assistance with products and services.
• Recommend items for sale and upsell companion products.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; handle inventory and pricing as directed.
• Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges; manage voids and rain checks when needed.
• Support photo services and web pick-up orders, including item pickup and delivery to customers.
• Assist with store displays, merchandising, and general maintenance of the store appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and asset protection procedures; collaborate with coworkers.
