Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, assist with products, and provide fast, friendly checkout service. You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges, and help maintain merchandising and store appearance.

You will also support photo area services, web order pickups, and upsell items to meet sales goals, while adhering to policies and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to create a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, returns, exchanges, and manage cash correctly.
• Recommend items and upsell or suggest companion products.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and price merchandise accurately.
• Assist with photo area services and web order pickup and delivery to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support inventory and safety procedures per policy.
