With at least 1 year of experience in CS/BPO (voice and email), familiarity with e-commerce, Freshdesk and subscriptions is a plus. A flexible schedule, positive energy, and a can-do attitude are highly valued in our collaborative, growth-focused team.

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO (Voice and Email)
• Experience in E-commerce, Freshdesk and Subscriptions is a PLUS
