Job summary

Spot & Tango is seeking a CX Specialist to deliver effortless, personalized support across phone, SMS, email, and chat. You will build strong rapport with customers, becoming an expert on our products and internal systems while advocating for improvements to the customer experience.

You will partner with CX Managers and cross-functional teams to refine processes, reduce friction, and drive sales and retention in a fast-growing pet health brand. Weekend staffing may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a contact or call center or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Proven ability to de-escalate and convert unhappy customers.
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Dog lover is a plus.
• Experience with D2C subscription businesses or pet industry is a plus.
