Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for our North Mankato-MN facility. You will be the first point of contact for customers via email and phone, handling pricing questions, order status, and inventory while offering consultative solutions.

Ideal candidates have a high school education and at least 1 year in customer service, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent in related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service related field.
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills.
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Microsoft Experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers through email and phone communication
• Answer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and more
• Support & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions
