Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected for daily tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments; professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Communicate daily with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform required customer verifications and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate customer concerns when appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting individual and team performance goals.
• Present a professional image in all interactions with customers and vendors.
• Support a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
