Job summary

ComSonics, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Repair Services team.

You will be the link between customers, Repair Services, and internal colleagues, answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring service needs are handled accurately and with care. You will coordinate new customer accounts, monitor purchase orders, prepare reports, and support field staff with route updates and inbound shipments.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education, training, and related experience.
• Strong communication and written correspondence skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, solicit repair and product business, process Repair Services orders, and help resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate new customer account setup, track spending limits and purchase orders, prepare and distribute customer reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.
• Support regional field Products & Services Managers and Repair Services Field Staff with customer contacts, route updates, inbound shipment coordination, and weekly status reports.
