Qualifications

• Minimum one year of inbound call center experience.
• Type at least 40 wpm.
• Proficient with Zendesk and MS Office.
• Must pass and maintain Ohio licenses per state gaming boards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work with multiple teams to improve the customer experience.
• Be SME on the betJACK app and JACK Casino properties.
• Escalate problems as they arise.
• Maintain confidentiality of account information.
• Assist payment and fraud specialists in security.
