We’re building a culture-forward team to scale our direct-to-store and retail expansion—and
we’re looking for people who want to bring the VIBES with every customer interaction.
Position Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be on the frontlines of our growth
engine—connecting with new leads, educating them about VIBES Direct, and qualifying
accounts for our sales team. Your voice will be the first impression many stores and partners
have of VIBES, and your goal is to make every touchpoint efficient, friendly, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
● Make 60+ outbound calls per day to both new and existing leads
● Represent the VIBES brand with positive energy, knowledge, and professionalism
● Thank customers for their interest and communicate the benefits of buying direct from
VIBES
● Gather essential documentation to qualify retail and wholesale accounts
● Accurately document all interactions and relevant data in HubSpot (CRM)
● Maintain and update customer/company records with notes, lead stages, and outcomes
● Identify and record accounts with no opportunity (dead leads) for future strategy review
● Partner with the inside sales team to pass off fully qualified leads seamlessly
Performance Goals (KPIs)
● Consistent outbound volume (60+ calls/day)
● Qualified leads per month
● Conversion of leads into active customers (tracked via CRM and sales handoffs)
● Accuracy and upkeep of lead data and CRM notes
● Optional: commissions or bonuses based on first-order conversions
Compensation
● Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
● Commission: based first customer orders
Who You Are
● A motivated communicator who thrives on outbound outreach and engagement
● Organized, detail-oriented, and CRM-savvy (experience with HubSpot preferred)
● Able to work independently and hit daily call targets with consistency
● Passionate about cannabis culture, lifestyle brands, or working with independent
retailers
● Adaptable, accountable, and eager to grow with a fast-paced team
