Job summary

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Provides customer service in photo area, including passport photo service and promotional photo products; handles web pick-up orders.
