Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items and upgrades to customers.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; handles inventory and pricing.
• Performs returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Assists with photo services and web order pick-up.
• Maintains store condition and supports asset protection procedures.
