Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.
• U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer account information accurately.
• Identify customer issues or concerns through probing questions and resolve them.
• Schedule delivery orders and negotiate where appropriate.
• Assist with new customer setup and general contract or pricing inquiries.
• Support general service orders and issue escalation following company policy.
• Process statements, invoices, and light collections activities as needed.
