Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to the company’s growth.

You will engage customers, support sales targets, manage inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric and capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance respecting policies and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet sales and operational goals and follow store procedures.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
