Role Description

The Customer Experience Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based at Burn Boot Camp in Bentonville, AR. This position is responsible for welcoming members and guests, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience before, during, and after camp sessions. Daily tasks include handling membership questions, processing payments, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting scheduling and class sign-ups. The role also involves engaging with members to build strong relationships, supporting member retention initiatives, and assisting with events, promotions, and social media updates as needed. The Specialist works closely with trainers and management to uphold Burn Boot Camp's standards of service, organization, and community.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, client-facing communication, and interpersonal skills to support a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, data entry, and basic computer proficiency (e.g., membership systems, email, spreadsheets).
• Sales and member engagement skills, such as discussing membership options, handling objections, and supporting retention and outreach efforts.
• Experience or comfort in a fitness, wellness, or health-related environment, with an interest in Burn Boot Camp's philosophy and services.
• Ability to work on-site in Bentonville, AR, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, with reliable time management.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a commitment to gender-neutral, non-discriminatory member support and confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, front desk, or fitness studio operations is preferred.
