Burn Boot Camp Northville is hiring a part-time Member Experience & Sales Specialist to engage current and prospective members, drive memberships, retail, and nutrition product sales, and deliver exceptional service.

The role features 10-15 hours per week with early morning and evening shifts, plus occasional Saturday mornings. Candidates should have a background in customer service and sales, strong communication, and a passion for fitness.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• Early AM (4:45 - 8:30am)
• PM (4:00pm-8:00pm)*
• 1-2 Saturday mornings/month (6:45am-10:00am)

10-15 HOURS PER WEEK

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.
• Achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products.
• Strong interest in fitness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous sales experience in fitness, retail sales, business development, or similar environments.
• Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs.
• Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate tracking.
• Experience with social media and content creation is a plus!
• Assist with light cleaning.
