Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and provide friendly checkout service. You will handle cash transactions, process returns, and help keep the store organized and stocked while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include assisting in photo services, web order pickups, and maintaining displays. Prior retail experience and flexibility with schedule (evenings/weekends) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Reconcile cash drawer, process returns and exchanges as needed.
• Keep shelves neat, clean, and well merchandised; restock items.
• Assist with display setup for promotions and seasonal layouts.
• Support photo area services and web order pickups as needed.
