Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience and Operations team member to greet customers, assist with products and services, and ensure a friendly checkout experience.

You will handle cash transactions, manage returns and exchanges, maintain clean shelves, and support in-store services including photo and web pick-up orders. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Register customer purchases at the cash register and handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Assist with the photo area services and promote related products.
• Support web pick-up by monitoring orders and delivering them to customers at arrival.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with all policies and procedures.
