Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer service associate to deliver friendly checkout and assist customers across the store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while maintaining clean shelves and accurate pricing.

Responsibilities include operating the register, handling exchanges and returns, and supporting photo services and online order pickup. Prior retail experience is preferred; Walgreens familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register; provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assist with stock and displays.
• Assist with photo services and web pickup orders as needed.
