The role combines front-line service, consultative sales, project coordination, and showroom upkeep. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable guiding customers through both simple purchases and more complex outdoor projects.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with consultative selling and project-based work.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, POS systems, scheduling tools).
• Passion for interior design and home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience.
• Conduct interviews to understand needs, space, and budget.
• Educate customers on product features and maintenance.
• Prepare quotes, explain pricing, and close sales.
• Coordinate with design and installation teams for project plans.
• Track progress from consultation to delivery and installation.
• Open showroom and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Manage daily cash drawer and reconcile transactions.
