Job summary

FBS Appliance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Team through the order lifecycle. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage refunds or exchanges, and coordinate appliance delivery and installation with installers and purchasing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Must have strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• At least 5 years of verifiable work experience in delivery scheduling or a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team and assist builders serviced by FBS.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries from customers and the sales team.
• Place, cancel, or process refunds or exchanges.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of appliances.
• Communicate with installers and coordinate install dates with purchasing.
• Assist outside salesforce as needed.
