WashU Car Wash is hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Associate to greet guests, explain wash options, and drive memberships. This role blends service with selling, in a fast-paced outdoor environment at our Carol Stream location.

Flexible part-time or full-time schedules with paid training and opportunities for advancement. You'll process payments, guide vehicles, maintain a clean area, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Explain wash options, memberships, promotions, and pricing.
• Recommend Unlimited Wash Club memberships to maximize value.
• Process purchases using cash and card payment systems.
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and monitor operations.
• Keep vacuums, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized.
• Complete routine cleaning and general site maintenance.
• Work with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
