Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Member at our Garfield Heights location to deliver friendly customer service and drive sales of Unlimited Wash Club memberships. You will greet customers, upsell packages, and ensure a positive experience throughout the wash process.

The role requires a high school diploma (or enrollment), flexibility including weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are offered along with uniforms and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for a full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell unlimited car wash packages.
• Greet customers and set strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers before/after wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate basic retail equipment (POS).
• Pitch membership options to new customers.
