Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Palmdale, CA location. You’ll help drive sales through effective merchandise handling, promotions, and friendly service.

Applicants should bring retail exposure, strong communication, and a can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and basic math with POS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
