Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our CHARM service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance.
