Qualifikationen

• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance essential.

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Assist in store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives with effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
