Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance the customer’s travel experience.
• Sell Hertz products and services to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support team objectives.
• Provide fast, friendly service and improve the rental experience.
• Convert phone inquiries to reservations and rentals; address post-rental inquiries.
