Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven basic math skills for cash handling and shift reports.
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Ability to identify customers and operate POS systems including lottery where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and assist at checkout.
• Prepare fresh food and made‑to‑order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
