Job summary

Finish Line in Tucson, AZ seeks an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll help drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards while providing friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a set weekly availability including mornings, days, and evenings, with weekends/holidays as needed. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Clear spoken English for customer communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic math and reading sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Assist with daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, stock & keeping stores clean.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and follow safety policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as needed.
