Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; follow policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals and adhere to store policies.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
