Job summary

Landis+Gyr in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to strengthen SOX controls around sales orders, warranty processing, and revenue-impacting activities while driving process improvements.

You will lead KPI reporting to senior leadership, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Delivery, and support customer service issues, CAPAs, and product feedback with Product Management and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 4–6 years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Experience building tools in Excel, Word and Access for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain SOX-compliant controls related to sales orders, warranty processing, and revenue-impacting activities.
• Lead compliance screening for business partners, sales and purchase orders; release compliant documents in SAP and flag non-compliant items.
• Manage KPIs and communicate performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Set departmental goals aligned with the plan and monitor progress.
• Review support cases for trends; drive information to Product Management and Engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency across the department.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Delivery to support the team and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on quality issues and support hardware CAPA efforts.
• Ensure contracts language matches internal processes and strategy; participate in NPI coordination for device support readiness.
