Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Chesterfield, Missouri is seeking a motivated team member to join our in-store sales team. You will deliver an outstanding service experience, process sales orders, and assist customers with credit-related needs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
