Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Toledo is seeking a store associate to deliver a positive customer experience. You will help keep the sales floor organized, maintain cleanliness, and support loss-prevention and safety standards.

Cross-training may occur to assist in multiple store areas, with opportunities to promote credit and loyalty programs while upholding merchandising standards and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
